Colton Savage, Member
Colton Savage is a first-year member of the Catoctin Chronicle; he joined as part of a greater initiative towards representation for all peoples–marginalized, underrepresented, and systemically-excluded. He’s passionate about topics such as human rights and language–specifically Spanish and French, CEFR level A2 in both–in service of restorative justice, public health equity, and educational equity. He enjoys reading about psychology, parapsychology, and alternative beliefs, in addition to advocating and arguing in the hopes of reducing and, furthermore, preventing cultural incompetence as a consequence of confirmation bias, exclusion, ethnocentricism, emotional inflexibility, and historical amnesia.
